Harjoitusohjelma sisältää voimistelua, parkouria, sirkusta, akrobatiaa ja liikunnallisten perustaitojen harjoittelua. Lasten ja nuorten kuntoklubilla ei nostella painoja vaan kuntoillaan lasten ja nuorten ehdoilla, kehon omaa painoa käyttäen. Telineet ja välineet sekä ohjelmat on suunniteltu erityisesti lasten ja nuorten kehitysvaiheet huomioiden. Harjoittelu Gymillä kehittää monipuolisesti motori

I have had the honor and pleasure to work with extraordinary people, meet and spend my time with lovely families, customers, co-workers and partners.

Instead of saying that I built the concept, I would rather say that I had no other option than to bring the concept to you ✨ Every encounter and all experiences have led to this day and to what Gymi came to be. Thank you 🙏🏻

Elokuisia terveisiä Gymiltä!
Vaikean kevään jälkeen joudumme valitettavasti ilmoittamaan, että Gymi-yrittäjä Hanna lopettaa toimintansa Valkeakoskella. Yrityksistä huolimatta emme tällä aikataululla löytäneet toiminnan jatkajaa, ja sen tähden on Valkeakosken Gymin suljettava ovensa – ainakin tällä erää. Tämä on harmillista kaikille, ja toivomme, että gymiläiset jatkavat iloista liikkumista kaikesta huolimatta.

Kiitos kaikille Gymin toiminnassa mukana olleille perheille kuluneista vuosista!
