Finnish Moments & Family Magic

I started by adding one spoon of tamarind to a cup,
then mixed in a pinch of black salt, a bit of green chili,
and some warm water.
After blending it well,
I added sugar to taste and a tea bag.
Finally, I poured hot water and stirred gently.
And just like that,
a perfectly balanced cup of tangy, spicy tamarind tea was ready.
Refreshing, different, and comforting.
