Slow morning after getting back from Hong Kong. Lovely to be back in the backyard, working gong fu. Today just some internal work to start the day.

Wondeful summer weekend at the backyard. My martial brother Joona came from Helsinki to show and teach some deeper Taiji skills. I'm blessed to have people around me with these kinds of skill levels.
