Yesterday was all about (Reflector Day)!

Our principal stopped by our 1st grade classroom for a chat about the importance of staying visible as the days get darker, followed by an exciting lunch hall scavenger hunt where the kids searched high and low to find their very own reflectors. 🔦✨ Liikenneturva

🎪 What an amazing week at school! A huge thank you to circus artist Teemu Skön for visiting us and showing off your incredible skills.

The gym was filled with smiles, laughter, and so much excitement - the kids absolutely loved every second of it!

Thank you for bringing so much fun, laughter, and inspiration to our students. ❤️🤹‍♂️ Teemu Skön

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Parents’ Evening! 🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️

We learned so much about traffic safety and how crucial it is for adults to lead by example on the road. In support of Turku’s liikkuva elämäntapa (active lifestyle) initiative, we warmly encourage families to walk or cycle to school whenever possible.

A special thanks to Elias Ruutti for visiting us and delivering such an engaging presentation! 👏✨

What a fantastic Saturday at our Home and School Day! 🏫✨

It was so special opening our doors to our parents. They stepped into the classrooms to observe lessons in action before heading off to participate in their own workshops. 📚💡

We wrapped up the afternoon with a sunny picnic and an amazing live concert out in the school yard. 🧺🎶

We had so much fun learning and celebrating together as a community! ❤️

Small actions make a big impact! 🌟

Our Grade 1–2 Ethics group has been exploring what it means to be helpful and do good deeds. Today, we decided to put our words into action and lend a hand around school!

Here is how our busy helpers made a difference today:
📦 Sorted and carried cardboard for recycling
✏️ Sharpened colouring pencils for the classrooms
🏃 Organised all the cones and hurdles in the PE storage room

It turns out that helping others isn’t just useful—it’s a whole lot of fun! 💛

The dragon trainee has officially moved into our library! 📚

How to train our dragon? It’s quite simple: the most important skill we want to teach him is reading. Please take the dragon trainee to where you are reading and read out loud to him. When the training session is over, please return him to his perch. 🐉

This cute dragon was sewn by our talented Mrs. Salla ❤️✨
