🇬🇧 After just over a year and a half, the DigiMESH project is coming to an end at the end of October. 🇫🇮 Työllisyys- ja urapalveluissa asiakkaiden tilannetta tarkastellaan kokonaisvaltaisesti. Yksi ohjauksessa käsiteltävä osa-alue tulisikin olla verkostoituminen. Aiheen käsittely ei ole kuitenkaan helppoa, joten Digiverkostot haltuun -käsikirja johdattaa käytännönläheisesti ohjausalan ammattilaisen ottamaan digitaalisen verkostoitumisen puheeksi ja ohjaamaan asiakkaitaan verkostoitumisessa eteenpäin. Käsikirja tukee ja tarjoaa vinkkejä erilaisten asiakkaiden huomioimiseen, motivointiin ja verkostoitumismyönteisen asenteen tukemiseen. Lisäksi se tarjoaa tietoa verkostoitumisesta niin sosiaalisessa mediassa kuin etätapahtumissa.

🇬🇧 In employment and career services, the situation of customers is examined comprehensively. One area to be addressed in the guidance should be networking. However, the topic is not easy and therefore Getting to Grips with Digital Networks Handbook leads the guidance professional pragmatically to bring digital networking into the discussion and to guide customers forward in networking. The handbook supports and offers tips for paying attention to different customers, motivating them and supporting a pro-networking attitude. In addition, it provides information on networking both in social media and in remote events.

hankkeessa loimme käsikirjan, joka perehtyy tähän teemaan. Käsikirjassa tutustutaan etätapahtumien järjestämiseen erityisesti osallistamisen ja vuorovaikutuksellisuuden näkökulmista. Se johdattaa etätapahtuman järjestämisen vaiheisiin sekä erilaisiin tapoihin, joilla voi lisätä osallistujien verkostoitumista.

🇬🇧 Remote events are part of the modern world and working life. There are a lot of similarities but also differences between remote events and traditional, face-to-face events. From the organizer's point of view, it is important to identify the benefits and challenges of remote events.

In DigiMESH project we created a handbook to explore this thematic. The handbook explores the organisation of remote events, especially from the perspectives of inclusion and interaction.
