Hi everyone track wednesdays will be starting again on may 25 at pynikki track. Start time is 5.00pm and will last one hour. First session is the beloved cooper test. This will give everyone an idea of how to pace the rest of the sessions. All are welcome no one is too fast or too slow.

Lots of people caught out with the clocks changing. Its very dark so use lights or hi viz stuff while out running and biking

Thursday track session is at 5 pm
Warm up includes some plyometrics. 2 x 10 min run as 300m pace 100m walk.
3 min recovery between sets.

This 6 week block will all be done at 3 km pace with the goal of improving 3000m TT performance
:D

Session at the track is done! Lots of maths. Pace per km cooper test equivalent distance. 400m pace 350m pace as the track is 350m. Makes all the pacing charts useless. Excel spreadsheet tomorrow. Oh joy.
Who says you don't use maths after you leave school.
