Tänään keskiviikkona 23.9. on kalentereihin merkitty syyspäiväntasaus.

I’m currently preparing something new – and I’m really excited about it!
SuomiNext AI – A New AI-Supported Way to Learn Finnish Language and Culture – is my new online course in Finnish language and culture for adults, supported by AI.

The course is coming soon, and it is intended for those of you who want to learn Finnish at your own pace, in a clear and practical way. I have designed this course for those of you who live in Finland or who will move to Finland. The course is aimed especially at those of you who have a busy everyday life, for example due to work or childcare. This course is for those of you who want to gain more confidence in speaking, understanding and conversing in Finnish. The course will help you get to know and understand Finnish society, Finnish customs and culture.

The course textbook is Suomen mestari 1 (2020), which the student buys himself. In the first course, we will cover chapters 1–3 of the textbook. With the help of these textbook chapters, you will learn clear and practical everyday Finnish. In addition to the Suomen mestari 1 textbook, I have made several teaching videos for the course, in which I teach practical situations and grammar points. I have made clear text instructions for you that will guide you step by step in your studies.

I am really excited that you can use AI to help you in this course. I have written precise and functional AI prompts for the course, which you simply attach to your own AI app. The AI prompts I have created support, practice and encourage you in various learning situations - as if you were getting additional support from a teacher. They make the AI inspire you to use the Finnish language. For example, the AI will ask you questions about the topic you are studying, and you must answer them. It will also correct and explain any mistakes you may have made. Above all, it will encourage and motivate you throughout your studies. Your learning experience will be pleasant and stress-free. At the same time, you will learn to utilize the great possibilities of AI in your own study of the Finnish language and culture. My goal is that learning the Finnish language and culture would feel encouraging and useful to you, even in the midst of a busy everyday life.

SuomiNext AI will be available for sale soon.

I am still preparing the course to make it as clear, useful and encouraging as possible for you. If you or a friend of yours wants to learn the Finnish language and culture in a completely new, encouraging and modern way, follow along. More information about the course will be available as soon as possible.

Tänään vietämme Suomen luonnon päivää.🇫🇮 Meille suomalaisille luonto on kautta vuosisatojen ollut tärkeä asia.

Suomen luonnon päivää juhlitaan joka vuosi elokuun viimeisenä lauantaina. Suomi on maailman ensimmäinen maa, joka liputtaa luonnolleen virallisesti. Liputa sinäkin Suomen luonnolle!

Ennen vanhaan Suomessa sanottiin, että 24.8. Perttelin päivä, on ensimmäinen syyspäivä. Muuttolinnut lähtevät vähitellen etelään. Syksy tulee pian. Kuva on viime lokakuulta.
