Highlights of the study visit: ✨discovering how Finnish schools prepare students for the future. At Me & My City, Primary school students learn about society, finances, customer service and work life through hands-on roleplay.

Ylöjärven lukio Secondary School, we saw how robotics, AI, and entrepreneurship are embedded in everyday learning and students appreciate how they can learn working life skills in their own established companies. 🤖💻 Finland isn’t talking about future skills — they’re teaching them today.

From the classroom to the forest! 🌳❄️ Our Study visit group experienced eye-opening morning in Vuores Forest Pre-primary school which integrates outdoor learning year-round. Nature is used as a learning environment; boosting creativity, resilience, and wellbeing. A powerful reminder that children can learn math, social skills, science and problem-solving surrounded by nature, even in winter!

After the morning circle in the hut, children explored how animals survive during winter and what birds can eat. After that, was time for play and sledding! 🛷All activies are pedagogical planned to enhance various skills.🛠️📚

It is always exciting to kick off a Study visit in Finland, this time leaders and teachers from Mexico embarked on an visit to Finland exploring one of the world’s most admired education systems. During five days, our group discovered play-based Early childhood education, participated to co-teaching lessons in Primary school, experienced innovative learning environments, and engaged in deep dialogues on leadership, student wellbeing, and future skills. 👥💡

From forest Pre-primary school to AI and robotics in Secondary education, every stop offers practical examples, new ideas and inspiration for creating more student-centered, and future-ready schools back home. This journey marks the beginning of meaningful transformation and we will soon share more highlights of the visit! ✨

This Christmas, we joined a student-led charity project to spread warmth to seniors in the region.🎄
Together with Proakatemia students, we helped deliver traditional Finnish Christmas pastries 'joulutorttu' to elderly homes across Pirkanmaa.
Kindness is always in season.✨

Last week, together with HEI Schools, we at Polar Partners had the pleasure of organizing a Finnish Education Breakfast as a side event to the Habla Summit in Mexico City.

We were honored to have Finnish Ambassador Ari Mäki open the event with inspiring words about the strong and growing collaboration between Finland and Mexico in the field of education.

Our presentation focused on research-based best practices in Finnish education — sharing insights on how evidence-based pedagogy, teacher empowerment, and child-centered learning can transform schools around the world.

A special thank you to our client Grupo Educación for hosting us in their wonderful premises, and to their CEO Alejandra Carmona for joining the panel discussion and sharing valuable perspectives on implementing Finnish Education practices in Mexico.
The atmosphere was warm and engaging, and the discussions were full of enthusiasm and curiosity — a true reflection of shared passion for quality education.
