FEDUCATION was founded in 2013 and now upgrades to an education research institute. As an affiliate of the education cooperation framework with Finland-China Education Association (FICEA), FEDUCATION mainly provides academic research support to FICEA. It owns profound theoretical knowledge and practical experience in education research, teacher training, K-12 curriculum research and development (R&D), educational book publishing, future school research, modern learning environment design, student training and exchange program, organising international education conferences, R&D of education evaluation and quality supervision system.

Currently, FEDUCATION has more than 40 top education experts participating in FEDUCATION long-term education and curriculum research projects, and nearly 50 part-time experts participating in the short-term China-Finland education cooperation projects. Many top-level Chinese schools and have signed long-term cooperation agreements with FEDUCATION for teacher training and curriculum development.

Until now, FEDUCATION and FICEA have organized hundreds of professional and high-quality on-site-training programs for over 32,600 Chinese educators and on-line training programs for over 454,400 people in China. And around 2500 Chinese educators have come to Finland to participate in an international forum and educational training programs organized by FEDUCATION during the past years.

We are looking for:
- Finnish and international school class teachers (grades 1-6) and subject teachers (grades 7-9) with key interests and/or professional record in：Mathematics, English, Science (primary), Biology, Geography, Chemistry, Physics, Home Economics and Technical Crafts, and teachers with excellent command in Makerspace/STEAM learning projects;
- Newly graduated teachers who are willing to gain experience and develop their professional profile in our group.
- Teacher trainers

As a Curriculum Expert:
- You write lesson plans in your key interest subjects/areas for Chinese school-based curriculum;
- You work in a team of Finnish and Chinese teachers that develop multidisciplinary and extracurricular learning and contents;
- You train Chinese teachers in your key professional field on-site (in China when the COVID situation is over) and online (in Finland);
- You might participate in on-site learning-environment planning and development of online resources (optional)

We expect:
- A professional and innovative attitude, the ability to design and develop a creative curriculum, and to enclose visuals/technologies/rehearsals into the curriculum as a plus;
- An open-minded attitude toward a foreign culture, and the ability to maintain communication and problem-solving in demanding situations;
- Fluent English ability (oral and written) for the subject lesson writing and discussion at a professional level
