I’ve noticed that even I sometimes look at a meal and think… okay, but where’s the protein? 😅
And that made me realize how much protein has become THE thing we focus on when it comes to fat loss.
Don’t get me wrong, protein is important. It can help you stay fuller, support your training and help you maintain muscle while losing weight.
But eating more protein doesn’t automatically mean more fat loss.
You can have the protein yogurt, protein bar, shake and high-protein dinner… but we still need to look at everything else you’re eating and what your days actually look like.
And you definitely don’t need to make every single thing you eat “high protein.”
So yes, pay attention to your protein.
But don’t let it become another fitness rule you feel like you’re failing at.
Fat loss was never about doing ONE thing perfectly. It’s about all the small things you can keep doing consistently.
And protein? It’s just one of them.
Follow for realistic fat loss and strength tips without making food more complicated than it needs to be.
