Instead of using open for everything, try these more specific expressions:

❌ Don’t say: Open the bag.
✅ Say: Unzip the bag.

❌ Don’t say: Open the door.
✅ Say: Unlock the door.

❌ Don’t say: Open the cap.
✅ Say: Twist the cap open.
