Wing Tsung Lappeenranta

Today we finished our Wing Tsung Kung Fu Summer Seminar, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the result.
It was 3 intense days of training, learning, and great team spirit, with students from 4 different towns sharing the same passion for Wing Tsung. Everyone trained hard, with discipline, focus, and an excellent attitude.
The seminar was a true success.
We would like to congratulate J.A. Helin for achieving the 1st Technician Degree, Ossi Pääskyvuori for achieving the 2nd Technician Degree, and Tuomas Hartikainen and Pekka Aho for achieving the 3rd Technician Degree. A well-deserved achievement earned through effort, consistency, and dedication.
Thank you to all participants for making this seminar such a positive experience.

On 28.3, we held a Wing Tsung Kung Fu seminar in Lappeenranta. Although the group was small, the students trained with great energy, commitment, and an excellent attitude. Everyone gave their best, participated very actively, and made the most of every moment of the seminar, creating an intense, focused, and very positive training atmosphere. In the videos, they are practicing Biu Tse applications as well as the sixth Chi Sao section of the wooden dummy.

This Saturday (7.2) we held a Wooden Dummy (Muk Yan Jong) seminar, focusing specifically on the 3rd form. We worked through its sections step by step, paying attention to structure, rhythm, angles, and clean transitions—and the training was intense: lots of repetition, corrections, and refining until everything felt sharper and more efficient.
The best was how, when practiced properly, the form stops being “just a routine” and becomes a clear method for improving distance, timing, and precision. Big thanks to everyone who showed up with a serious mindset and strong energy—your effort really raised the level. Let’s keep training and polishing every section!

We concluded the year with the final Wing Tsung seminar in Lappeenranta. We had an exceptional group and welcomed friends from Joensuu and Vantaa. The students focused on their respective sections, demonstrating impressive dedication and effort. Congratulations to Jori Lehesaho on his 3rd technical degree after 15 years.
