💙Tuition fees💙

The annual tuition fee for non-EU/EEA students is 12,000 EUR in the Master's Degree Programmes of UEF Business School. There are no tuition fees for students who are citizens of EU/EEA countries or Switzerland.

There is a 30% Early Bird deduction for students who pay their first installment by the 6th of January 2027! The tuition fee payment for the academic year 2026-2027 needs to be made by 31 August 2027.

UEF Tourism Marketing and Management Research group and master's thesis programme would like to invite our collaboration partners and tourism stakeholders to join a free seminar at the University of Eastern Finland, Joensuu Campus, Aurora Building (AU100), on May 20th. 🌍✈️🌿

The topic of the seminar is Sustainable Tourism Innovations. During the afternoon, we are going to hear presentations from renowned international professors such as Professors Faizan Ali and Scott McCabe, as well as our own team members and students. 24. huhtikuuta järjestettävän UEF Business School Day -tapahtuman keskiössä on korkeatasoinen tutkimus, vahva alueellinen yhteistyö sekä kansainvälisesti arvostettu AACSB-akkreditointi, joka kertoo jatkuvasta kehittämisestä ja globaalisti kilpailukykyisestä tutkimuksesta ja koulutuksesta sekä vaikuttavuudesta🤩

Lämpimät onnittelut Vuoden kylteriyrittäjälle Kimmolle! 🤩🎉

Betterfly Oy:n perustaja ja toimitusjohtaja Kimmo Rautiainen valittiin Vuoden kylteriyrittäjäksi 2026.

Tunnustus myönnettiin Preemio ry:n vuosijuhlassa yrittäjälle, joka on esimerkki aloitteellisuudesta, kehittämishalukkuudesta ja uuden liiketoiminnan rakentamisesta.

Rautiaisen yrittäjyystarina sai alkunsa omasta kokemuksesta jääkiekkomaalivahtina, kun lonkkaongelmat johtivat ideaan kehittää ergonomisempi ratkaisu maalivahtien varusteisiin. Ideasta syntyi innovaatio, jota kehitetään nyt kohti kansainvälisiä markkinoita.

Vuoden kylteriyrittäjä -tunnustus nostaa esiin kauppatieteitä opiskelevia tai opiskelleita yrittäjiä, jotka toimivat esimerkkeinä yrittäjyydestä ja uuden liiketoiminnan rakentamisesta. Samalla se kannustaa opiskelijoita ja nuoria osaajia näkemään yrittäjyyden mahdollisena urapolkuna jo opintojen aikana.

On hienoa nähdä, miten Pohjois-Savosta nousee uusia innovaatioita ja yrittäjätarinoita, jotka yhdistävät käytännön ongelmanratkaisun, kehittämisen ja kansainväliset markkinamahdollisuudet.

We are pleased to announce that a new visiting researcher will be starting at UEF Business School in early 2026.

Brian Spitzberg, Senate Distinguished Professor Emeritus at SanDiego State University is now affiliated as a Visiting Researcher in the Business School at UEF. He has been collaborating with multiple scholars at UEF and elsewhere on the role of AI and robotics in the evolving managerial communication context. His other areas of research include communication competence, conflict management, aggression and bullying, stalking, fake news, information diffusion, and the role of time in everyday communication.
