Vielä mahtuisi mukaan indogovärjäys viikonloppuun, jossa opitaan useita eri kyyppimenetelmiä langalle ja pienille kankaillekin. Omia lankoja voi värjätä myös marraskuussa järjestettävälle jatkokurssille, jossa saadaan lisää sävyjä värivalikoimaan.
Pidän Lohjan Hiiden Opistolla Luonnonvärien lumo: Indigo -kurssin 25.–27. syyskuuta 2026.

Ajankohta: Pe klo 17.00–20.15, la klo 10.00–16.45 ja su klo 10.00–16.45.Paikka: Laurentius-talo, A-ovi, tekstiilityöluokka 1052, Kirkkokatu 6, Lohja.

Time flies here in Norway, with so many interesting things going on! The first workshop with tufting Textile lab is done, studying the equipment and materials. It was a privilege to be invited to take part in the Tekstilfest 26 there too, and hear so many inspiring presentations, not in the least about how knitting is used in airplane construction! The guided tour at Trondheim Biennale with
was an experience, and I enjoyed her great work with woad-dyed t-shirts. We are preparing for a dye recipe course in two weeks time at Gregus atelier collective. Contact us if you would like to join!

Already more than a week has gone of my traineeship in Norway! I am working for the ULLDAGA project and , who has studied and written books about the local knitting tradition in Selbu, here close to Trondheim. We will have worshops in natural dyeing and tuftning for , local artists and .
