Maharaj-ji used to say all the time, "If you want to put fresh milk in a cup, you have to wash it first. Otherwise the milk will turn sour." So, this path is a path of cleaning the cup of our own hearts, to hold the nectar of love.

In light of what's going on in the worldwide Ashtanga community, I am sharing this reel from David Keil. I resonate with his views. A very grounded and balanced perspective.

I stand and support all those who have been harmed. I will post more reels as I find them. May our community be strong and not throw out the baby with the bathwater. The practice is still the practice.🙏🏽 What benefits you gain from practice isn't diminished by actions like these.

These are sad times for the Ashtanga community. It’s also a complex subject to tackle. There is always more to say but most importantly, my deepest support to everyone walking into the difficulties of vulnerability in this moment.
