movement has to deliver actions. And today we want to join this movement because we believe we can contribute significantly, not only with actions inside our company, but also in our work with the clients. With our new micro-coaching service we aim to open up a channel for the employees to communicate the blind spots in the culture that senior management is not aware of. These blind spots could include the feelings of being oppressed and discriminated. Feel free to find out more about how we do it here: https://panda-training.com/coaching

Fraktio has published a blog post featuring the podcast about self-directedness we've released last week. Check it out here if you missed it. HENRY ry Dare to Learn
Learn2Lean podcast: oppiminen itseohjautuvassa firmassa - Fraktio
Juttelimme Learn2Learn-podcastissä oppimisesta itseohjautuvassa organisaatiossa. Miten Fraktiolla kehitetään ihmisten osaamista ja koko yrityksen toimintaa? Miten jaamme opittua? Miten meillä tehdään päätöksiä, kun jokainen on “oman elämänsä toimitusjohtaja”? Kuuntele tunteroinen po...

The new episode of our Learn2Learn podcast is out! This time, in Finnish. Kudos to the partners HENRY ry & Dare to Learn! And, of course Fraktio, Joonas Pajunen and Ville Kähkönen.
Itseohjautuvuus, tuo yritysmaailman uusi musta, herättää mielipiteitä suuntaan jos toiseen. Vaan mitä radikaali itse- ja yhdessäohjautuvuus tarkoittavat oppimisen ja kehityksen kannalta? Miten itseohjautuvuus tapahtuu ja mihin se perustuu? Vastaukset saattavat yllättää.
Hyppää siis jälleen Laurin ja Jeren matkaan suoraan L&D Zeitgeistin ytimeen, tällä kertaa IT- yritys Fraktion sohvalle.

Last week I attended Arctic15 and it was a blast! 4 pilot projects for Panda Training Oy, a ton of potential clients, a number of startup opportunities discovered, amazing workshops on social media from VaynerMedia and PR from Jonathan Hirshon, great conversation on stage by Adeo Ressi and Dima Sarle. Thanks ArcticStartup team!
P.S. The pictures give a hint how the event went down for me... :D

Yesterday and the day before we attended the SingularityU Nordic summit! What a blast full of exponential technologies, inspiring people and intents for the better world. Our takeaway? We need to be more cautious about how we select the problems we spend our time on, we could be spending our time on something meaningless or on the most important to-do list in the world!

This is a slide from our new Panda presentation. We've noticed while working on training evaluation that one of the most impactful factors for training success is the follow up. And human-led support is the best. Yet, for most of organisations when head count is in hundreds it's a struggle to provide it. And managers often lack skills, time or trust.
We combined existing coaching frameworks and modern instant messaging channels to offer a scalable and impactful solution. "Learning coach in your pocket".
Easy way to impact both individuals and organisations? What do you think?
