We need to be more cautious about how we select the problems we spend our time on, we could be spending our time on something meaningless or on the most important to-do list in the world!

This is a slide from our new Panda presentation. We've noticed while working on training evaluation that one of the most impactful factors for training success is the follow up. And human-led support is the best. Yet, for most of organisations when head count is in hundreds it's a struggle to provide it. And managers often lack skills, time or trust.
