At the studio, I get a ton of questions about optimizing wellness and especially the practice of Bikram. The 90-minute practice is a tough test that shows you right away if you have neglected quality food, proper recovery, correct hydration and emotional issues. You will feel "something's off" and won't perform as well.
Correct hydration is one of the easiest ways to affect positively to your wellbeing and performance, in and out of class. Truly a low-hanging-fruit!

Years of coaching and teaching has made me think a lot about the QUALITY of coaching. What is it? After a few certificates and formal qualification, there are more important things that really make the difference between a good coach and a person that really makes a difference.
I believe this text will be beneficial for everybody that aims to have a positive and meaningful impact on the people around them.

Few weeks ago I was interviewed to Voi Hyvin magazine to give an expert's view on the most interesting and impactful wellness actions at the moment. UPDATE for this week! Like most of you know, the Yin class has been unfortunately cancelled. However, there's a change also to my Bikram class: I'll teach this week only on Sunday at 6 pm.
