A vibrant new residential district Puotilanranta is set to emerge just over a kilometer from the extensive services of Itäkeskus.
The Urban Environment Committee is currently reviewing the comprehensive town plan, which includes modern apartment buildings, commercial and office premises, and a small boat harbor. The area will be served by bus connections, but no tram line is planned.

Aloitamme merkittävän matkailuinvestoinnin Muoniossa, jossa rakentuu korkeatasoinen hotellielämys: 42 hotellihuonetta, ravintola- ja hyvinvointipalvelut sekä 20 erillismajoitetta upeissa tunturimaisemissa.
Hanke vahvistaa ympärivuotista matkailua, tukee paikallista työllisyyttä ja kasvattaa alueen elinvoimaa. Uskomme, että tämä kehitysaskel vie Lapin matkailua kohti kestävää ja kansainvälisesti kilpailukykyistä tulevaisuutta.

The infill development of Länsi-Herttoniemi in Helsinki is progressing again after a break of almost a year.
We created conceptual images for the Helsingin kaupunki - Helsingfors stad - City of Helsinki for Oravapuisto and Kettupuisto, which are located next to the Länsi-Herttoniemi small-house area. The small-house area is one of Finland's nationally significant built cultural environments.
