Do you know the Sàmi myth of the northern lights ?
In Finnish folklore, the Northern Lights are believed to be caused by a mystical, magical fox known as the Tulikettu ("Fire Fox"). Legend says this fox runs across the snowy fells so fast that its tail hits trees and snow, causing sparks of light (aurora) to fly into the sky.
