Jorma Neuvonen, the Assistant Dean of Professional Education and International Collaboration, has been awarded a 2025 UBC President’s Service Award for Excellence (PSAE)! 👏
The PSAE recognizes individuals that embody UBC's values, strengthen its reputation and excel in their roles. This achievement is the highest honour for UBC staff. 🏆
Jorma's work has improved upon UBC Forestry's professional programs as well as strengthened the faculty's international partnerships and global recognition. He supports students and colleagues while working towards creating a more inclusive and broader access to forestry education.
