Talven ihme ihanainen tuli ja tarjosi lapsille päivän verran lumista riemua mäenlaskun merkeissä. Seuraavana päivänä ihmeteltiinkin, että minne lumi katosi. Tyytyväisenä otettiin tämäkin vastaan ja ryhdyttiin lätäkköleikkeihin.

The wonder of winter came and gave the children a day of snowy fun with a day of downhill sliding. The next day we wondered where the snow had gone. This too was happily accepted and the water games were started.

Who says outsourcing is only for tech companies? Even kindergartens are getting in on the action, from teachers to our talented little ones! We are in awe of this 3-year-old, who single-handedly created this entire banner—from cutting out shapes to finger-printing the alphabets. His focus and willingness to work on it in one go completely surprised us. Never underestimate the capabilities of a child—they have more creativity and determination than we often realize!

Roselyn works at Kamu as a Finnish-speaking educator. Roselyn is an imaginative, positive and patient educator who always treats children with kindness.

On today's nature trip, the children found themselves immersed in a world full of discoveries. The towering trees whispered secrets, and the curious mushrooms caught their attention. As they poked at the strange fungi with a stick, expecting something soft, they were surprised to feel the hard surface beneath. This simple moment taught them not just about nature's mysteries, but also a deeper understanding of the concept of hard and soft—how things aren’t always what they seem, and that every discovery adds to their growing wisdom.

Little hands, big creativity! Our kids enjoyed a fun-filled leaf-painting activity t. Each child collected and counted 10 leaves, painted them in vibrant autumn colors, and pressed them onto white paper to capture the delicate details of nature. While creating their leaf masterpieces, they also learned about the beauty of spacing and balance. 🍁
