Supercell is known for hiring top senior talent. For a long time, hiring a junior was seen as an investment that required a lot of support. When the need for talent became real, they decided to give Hive students a chance.

🔔 A quick reminder. Our next Check-in takes place on Tuesday 10.2. at 14:00, on-site at Hive Helsinki.

Check-ins are a required step before applying to the Selection Sprint. They are a chance to visit the campus, meet people from the community, ask questions, and get a feel for how peer-driven learning works in practice.

We often hear that these Check-ins help people get a clearer picture of the process, their next step, and whether Hive is the right fit.

When alumni teach at Hive, it is not “guest lecturing” from a distance. They know what it feels like to be deep in projects and what skills Hivers actually need next.

At a Check-in, we walk through how studying at Hive works and what the Selection Sprint looks like. You also get to ask questions from both staff and current students.

After attending one Check-in, you are eligible to register for a Selection Sprint. You only need to attend once.
