Sprint registration opens tomorrow at 12:00.

A few practical things worth knowing:

You need to be logged in at intra.hive.fi before 12:00. The registration link is already there, but it only becomes active at 12:00 sharp and closes at midnight the same day.

There are two Sprints to choose from, and you register for one:
- August Sprint: 10.8. - 28.8. (130 spots)
- September Sprint: 7.9. - 25.9. (130 spots)

Both run three weeks, full-time, on-site in Helsinki. Spots are limited, and it's first-come, first-served.

Six days until Sprint registration opens.

If you've passed the online game and made it to a Check-in, this is your window. Sprint registration is on 15.6 at 12:00. Spots are limited and it's first come, first served.

The Selection Sprint is three weeks, full-time, on-site in Helsinki. No teachers, no lectures. You work on real projects with the people around you, the same way you would in an actual job. It's how Hive evaluates whether you're a good fit, and how you evaluate whether Hive is right for you. From those who complete it, Hive selects who joins the full 18-month program.

The last Check-in before Summer Sprint registration is on 3.6, online.

The Check-in is a short session where we walk you through how the application process works, what the Selection Sprint is like, and what to expect if you get in. It's quick, it's required, and it's the step that gets you to Sprint registration on 15.6.

There are two Summer Sprints feeding the next cohort: 10.8–28.8 and 7.9–25.9. You pick the dates that work for you. Spots are limited and go first come, first served, so being ready when registration opens matters.

Three weeks, full-time, on-site, working on real projects with the other applicants. That's where you find out if Hive is right for you.

If you've been thinking about it, this is your week.

Am I too late to switch careers?”
“What if I have zero background in tech?”
“And isn’t AI taking over anyway?”

If you’ve been thinking about a change, these thoughts are probably familiar.

Here’s the honest part.

You don’t need a technical background.
You don’t need to have a perfect plan.

What you do need is curiosity.
And the patience to keep going when things feel unclear.

The world is changing, yes.
But people who can learn, adapt, and solve problems are still needed. More than ever.

Most people at Hive come from completely different backgrounds.

Start your application and see if Hive could be for you. 🌱

No teachers. No lectures.

At Hive, you learn with others who are figuring things out at the same time as you.

You ask questions.
You explain things.
You get stuck, then unstuck.

It’s not always smooth.
But it sticks.

Because you’re not just receiving knowledge.
You’re building it together.

Curious how it actually works?

Start your application and find out if Hive is for you 💡

What does learning at Hive actually feel like?

It usually starts with “How am I supposed to do this?”

Then you try.
You get stuck.
You figure it out together 🤝

And one day, you look at the screen and think,
“We actually did that.” 🌱

That’s the feeling.
