My Daily Health Drink 💪💪(Spiced Green Tea)
Start your day with this rejuvenating multi-spiced hot & healthy green tea. It will cleanse & detoxify your body and will build your immune system strong. I drink it daily in the morning. It can also be drink in the morning & evening.
Recipe👇👇
Serve: 1 Cup
Ingredients:
-Green tea: 1 tea bag
-Water: 1.5 cup
-Cinnamon powder: 1/2 teaspoon
-Black pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
-Ginger powder: 1/2 teaspoon
-Fresh Turmeric/powder: 1/2 teaspoon
-Black salt:1/4 teaspoon
-Carom seeds (Ajwain): 1/2 teaspoon
-Fennel seeds (Saunf): 1/2 teaspoon
-Basil leaves: 1-2
-Lemon juice: 2 tablespoon
-Honey: 1.5 tablespoon
Method:
1. Add green tea, cinnamon powder, black pepper, ginger powder, turmeric, carom seeds, fennel seeds and basil leaves to 1.5 cup of water. Boil it until the water reduces to about 1 cup.
2. Strain the tea in cup. Now add honey, black salt and lemon juice. Mix it nicely.
3. Drink it hot or luke warm.
*It is more beneficial if you drink it on empty stomach in the morning for better results. This health drink helps in improving digestion & metabolism.

Made some Besan Ladoos for after dinner sweet cravings.
Besan ladoos are made of Chickpea flour which is high in protein, fibre and micronutrients. It is also good for kids as a healthy evening snack option as the recipe includes almonds, melon seeds and cashews along with cow butter ghee which is a good fat.
