⚖️ We are looking for two experienced lawyers to join Bird & Bird’s Dispute Resolution team in Helsinki.
 
🌍 Our work sits where legal analysis, procedural strategy and commercial judgment come together. We advise Finnish and international clients on complex, high-stakes matters, including commercial disputes, trade secrets, major construction claims, corporate criminal liability and regulatory investigations.
 
🤝 As part of Bird & Bird’s international partnership, you will work closely with colleagues across jurisdictions, handling cross-border matters within one integrated firm and alongside specialists from different sectors and practice areas.
 
🔍 One role places particular emphasis on white-collar crime. Both roles suit lawyers who are comfortable taking ownership, can navigate legal complexity with confidence, and enjoy understanding the wider business context behind a dispute.
