What a fun show we had last week at our spring concert! The children performed songs they had been practicing throughout the spring, and they did an amazing job👏 Special thank you to our music teacher Sanna! 🙂‍↕️

As part of our tradition, the children who will be starting school this autumn received their certificates and flowers. Good luck on your school journey, we know you’ll do great! 📚

Yesterday we celebrated Mother’s Day with a cozy morning coffee ☕🌷

We enjoyed breakfast and listened to the children’s sweet song performance. There was a special treat at the breakfast table: a delicious banana bread the children had baked 😋

The children excitedly showed the drawings and projects they have created throughout the year ✨

Crafting, playing and getting ready for Easter 🐣🐰

This week we’ll be enjoying lots of Easter activities at Playschool. Our Easter crafts are full of color, joy and the feeling of spring.

Here are some examples of what our little artists at Playschool have been working on over the past few months.

Small hands, big masterpieces ✨🎨

It’s been a fun start of the year at Playschool! ❄️ We have been back to our weekly and monthly routines, including Jumppa (gymnastics) and music lessons. 🎼

During the winter months children have been excited about our library visit, ice-skating and making snowmans in the park. We’ve also enjoyed a science day, baking day, ice crafts and valentine’s day crafts.

Now waiting for the spring season to start! 🐥☀️

🎄Playschool’s traditional Christmas concert 🌟

Last week the families enjoyed a wonderful Christmas concert filled with joyful songs and cozy atmosphere. The kids performed many familiar songs including Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Joulupukki ✨🦌

The kids were delighted by a surprise visit from Santa Claus 🎅🏻🎁

A big thank you to our music teacher for accompanying the concert and for all the fun music sessions throughout the fall. 🎼 And thanks to all children, families and teachers for a lovely semester together!

It has been a busy start of the autumn in Playschool. Playschool has every school year a theme and for year 2025-2026 it is the magical movies. I think the pictures tells the story of which movies has been the topic of conversation and some art and craft 🍯🦁

Welcome 2025 to Open Doors evening to Playschool on 4th of March between 16.30 and 17.30.

The event is for families who are considering Playschool for their children. You can meet some of the teachers and get to see the premises.

Yearly tradition in Playschool is Hurjaruuth’s winter circus that children and teachers went to see this week. Children definitely were influenced by the spectacular show and there has been very creative circus tricks among the children for the rest of the week 🤸🏽‍♂️
