Our cozy playschool is in the quiet residential area of Nöykkiö and has its own attached playground, grassy park across, lush forest next door to explore nearby, and bus stops right outside. With an international staff, your children will learn English in a fun environment of games and activities, following the curriculum set by the City of Espoo. We follow the Project Based Learning method of teaching and also incorporate Jolly Phonics to teach the children to read quickly and easily. Because of the smaller numbers in our groups, Fountain Square children learn to be social, respectful and accepting of different cultures. Teachers are able to pay more attention to each child and work with the families’ needs for the best of the child. They are taught to appreciate their world, other cultures and be polite, friendly individuals. Every child is encouraged to express his/her creativeness and their voices are always heard. Each family is greeted by name, friendly chatter with staff/teachers and always, everyone is encouraged to feel free to come in to chat! All the families at FSPS feel a sense of “togetherness” and are always treated as one big happy family!
