Healing Foodie

I'm thrilled about healthy food and the science behind it due to my own struggle with health. Learn My name is Titta Winquist.

I’m a Nutritional Therapist, recipe developer and a creator of www.healingfoodie.com. I'm also a proud wife, mother of two wonderful children and live in beautiful Espoo, Finland. My passion towards healthy food, healthy body and mind made me create this Healing Foodie blog and even change careers. I have now graduated from The Health Sciences Academy (level 5) as a Nutritional Therapist. The programme has been accredited by CPD (the official certification service for Continuing Professional Development, which carries both the UK and international recognition), and approved by IICT (the International Institute for Complementary Therapists) for professional membership and insurance. So stay tuned ’cause I’ll be sharing even more interesting insights with you!
