🚨 Big News from Aalto NeuroImaging (ANI)!

Aalto NeuroImaging is proud to be part of Euro-BioImaging Finland, a national research infrastructure recently recognized with 'lighthouse' status by the Research Council of Finland – one of only six selected out of 21! 🇫🇮💡

With this recognition comes significant support: part of the €28M funding will enable a major upgrade to our 3T human MRI scanner (Siemens Skyra) at the AMI Centre 🔄🧠. The refurbishment is scheduled for H2 2025, with minimal downtime and exciting new capabilities coming soon!

Euro-BioImaging Finland kicked off its renewed activities on April 4th in Biomedicum, Helsinki – uniting cutting-edge imaging services across Finland, open to all researchers and companies worldwide.

Advanced Magnetic Imaging Centre

AMI Centre maintains a research-dedicated 3T-MRI scanner, develops and maintains the related infrastructure and offers services to multiple research teams. Typical measurements at AMI Centre include functional and structural brain imaging or diffusion tensor imaging. In addition, AMI Centre develops new methods and applications of MRI technology.
