Meet Markus Håkansson!

A researcher in analytical chemistry with a love for photography. Markus moved from Sweden to Finland in 2000 and continued his academic career as a teacher/researcher at Aalto University. Seventeen years later, he found himself looking for a new challenge and spoke with his old friend Andreas. Soon after, Markus became the company's first employee!

Markus works with the company's infrastructure and is mainly found behind the scenes, helping students and employees with technical issues, assisting the team with equipment, and supporting the company as it continues to grow. He is an old-school observer of photography, drawn to the mechanical aspects of image creation. His favorite subjects are nature, for its beauty, and his children, for their gift of always bringing life to still images.

We're proud to have had Markus as a team member for close to eight years. He's a silent guardian, a watchful protector, and if you're ever in need of help, he'll be there.
