Prodeko celebrated its 53rd Annual Gala last weekend in Tenaille von Fersen, Suomenlinna ✨💎 Thank you all who were part of this wonderful evening!

Last Friday, 5th of April, Prodeko community had the annual Prodeko Seminar. The theme of the year was Business with Purpose and we had a great chance to hear inspiring speeches and meet old and new friends during the day and the evening. This year our speakers were Jussi Aho, Annu Nieminen, Mikko Kosonen, Timo Vuori, Antero Vartia and Petri Suomala. The teacher of the year award was given to Marina Biniari, congratulations and thank you for the good work! Also, thank all you who attended, see you all at last next year's seminar!

Furthermore, Prodeko community has a brand new hashtag to use every content related to guild, IEM department or alumni activites: 🌈
You can find more posts on Instagram, but every social media channel is a good place to spread this hashtag on. Everyone can use it to show the inspiration related to the community ✨

The wellbeing of our guild members is a thing that cannot be emphasised enough. Two years ago, we started coaching our freshmen with Esa Saarinen and Hintsa Performance. The results have been outstanding: stress levels have gone down, competition among our guild members has dropped, and the feeling of togetherness in our community is at an all-time high. All Well Rapid improvements have been seen in well-being for Aalto students of industrial engineering and management. This is thanks to degree program reforms, the commitment of the community and diversity in professional identity.
