Digital Business Master Class (Spring) | Aalto University DBMC is a challenge-based course with a focus on digital technologies as tools for building businesses. During the online course, students work in international teams to plan digital solutions for real business cases from partnering companies.

This spring's Digital Business Master Class faced an overnight switch to online teaching due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The whole DBMC team is very happy that we were able to continue the course and hand out the well-deserved credits to our students despite the sudden changes!

Worried about how COVID-19 will affect your studies or summer job? Studying during the summer is a good option for collecting some of those missing credits!

The Digital Business Master Class (6 ECTS) will be running as planned next summer. We really hope we will be able to offer the full DBMC experience on campus at Aalto, but we are also making plans to offer DBMC as an online course.

After transforming the DBMC Spring 2020 course from traditional classroom teaching to an online course in practically 24 hours, we got the idea to offer an online option for those who can’t travel to Finland next summer. We are excited about tweaking the online experience of the course and coming up with great ways to facilitate multicultural and multidisciplinary virtual project work!
