A preschool can have talented teachers and still struggle with inconsistent classroom practices, operational pressure and uncertain parent confidence.

The missing piece is most often not effort, it is a clear leadership framework.
Leading Preschool in Finnish Way helps preschool owners, directors and aspiring ECE leaders convert Finnish educational principles into practical improvements:

• Coach teachers to move from activity-based instruction to meaningful play-based learning.
• Create routines that support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
• Improve parent communication and daily administration.
• Make more engaging, child-centred classrooms.
• Create an action-oriented plan for the preschool’s learning culture.

With 49 lessons in 8 self-paced modules, this fully online course connects pedagogy, people and operations, so you can lead with greater clarity and purpose.
