Another productive day at They have great facilities to work at on almost any kind of project 👍 tomorrow the work shall continue.

Our team had rare and very exciting opportunity today to meet Ideal and Dan Watkins (Head of CAD/PLM, Aston Martin Redbull Racing) 🤟

Thank you for offering us this opportunity. During our meeting Dan shed some light on how the design and manufacturing process is like in the Formula 1 world, how digital twins are being utilized in the process and what kind candidates they are looking for to join their design team.

Last week before the holiday break was about manufacturing. Most of the design is fixed and next year will be busy in order to get the car ready! 🚗🚗

Sometimes minor issues are to be expected. This time one of the watercutter hoses got blocked, but nothing too major. Work goes on!

After few long days the chassis is finally together and looking great! Few adjustments were needed but otherwise good design makes easy manufacturing.

Thanks again to for helping us with the welding space and people at the workshop with watercutting and other help.

And huge thanks to for providing us with the steel materials.

Yesterday we finally got the first try on how the jig works and the tubes fit together. Maybe some adjustments needed but looks good, now waiting to get this welded.
