A structured 6-week introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through the Tundra Methodolog to develop basic Bjj movements and grappling fundamentals.

Classes designed for beginners twice a week with 1 free month membership after completing the course. Limited group focus on each student to provide a better learning experience from day one.
