Youth Exchange is more than a meeting of young people from different countries. It is a space for discovering ourselves, understanding others, and seeing the world through a new perspective.
In our project, theatre became a powerful tool for developing emotional intelligence, self-expression, communication, and mutual understanding.
Through theatre exercises, movement, improvisation, and creative collaboration, participants learned to recognise emotions, listen to one another, build trust, and express themselves more freely.
Cultural exchange was at the heart of the experience. Each participant brought their own language, traditions, background, and personal story, while theatre helped us find a common language beyond borders.
Through creativity, we explored emotions, cultural differences, and, most importantly, what connects us.
