ለሁሉም የግል ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት
ባሉበት
ጉዳዩ፦ የተመራቂ ተማሪዎችን ዝርዘር መረጃ እንድትልኩ ስለማሳሰብ ይሆናል፤
የፌዴራል መንግስት አስፈፃሚ አካላት ስልጣን እና ተግባር ለመወሰን የወጣ አዋጅ 1263/2014 ዓ.ም እና የትምህርትና ስልጠና ባለስልጣን ለማቋቋም በሚኒስትሮች ምክርቤት በወጣ ደንብ ቁጥር 515/2014 ዓ.ም መሰረት በተሰጠው ስልጣን እና ተግባር የትምህርት ጥራትና አግባብነት ለማስጠበቅ እና ለመከታተል ያስችለው ዘንድ በከፍተኛ ትምህርት መመሪያ 987/2016 ዓ.ም አንቀፅ 17 ንኡስ አንቀፅ 2 መሰረት ተቋማት የተመራቂ ተማሪዎችን መረጃ ወቅቱን ጠብቆ ለባለስልጣኑ መላክ እንዳለባችሁ ተደንግጓል፡፡
በመሆኑም በተቋማችሁ ፈቃድ በተሰጣችሁ ትምህርት መስኮች፣ትምህርት ደረጃ፣መርሃ ግብር እና ካምፓስ በ2017 ዓ/ም መጨረሻ የተመረቁ በድህረ ምረቃ ደረጃ እና በቅድመ ምረቃ ደረጃ ተማሪዎች መረጃዎችን ከዚህ በፊት በተላከው ቅጽ መሰረት ዝርዝር መረጃውን ከጥቅምት 14/2018 ዓ.ም እስከ 30/2018 ዓ.ም በሶፍት እና በሃርድ ኮፒ ያላካችሁ ብቻ እንድትልኩ እናሳስባለን፡፡
