የተከበሩ አስተዋጾ አበርካቾች፣ አጋሮች እና ባለራዕዮች፣
በኢትዮጵያ የትምህርት ዘመን የለውጥ ጉዞ ላይ ስንቆም ዛሬ ላነጋግርዎ በታላቅ ክብር እና በጥልቅ የኃላፊነት ስሜት ነው። ወደ ህጋዊ አካል ከመግባቴ በፊት የ DIOGENES ምርጥ ጥቅስ ላስታውሳችሁ እፈልጋለሁ "የ እያንዳንዱ ክፍለ ሀገር የወጣቶቹ ትምህርት ነው።” በትምህርታዊ ስርአቱ ላይ ያደረግነው ሰፊ ጥናትና ምርምር ያበቃው ‘በትምህርት የልህቀት ፕሮጄክት’ ሲፈጠር የተስፋ ብርሃን እና አእምሮን ለመንከባከብ የጋራ ቁርጠኝነታችንን የሚያሳይ ነው። የሀገራችንን የወደፊት ዕጣ ፈንታ ይቀርፃል።
ደረጃ አንድ፡ የእውቀት መሰረት የተለያዩ ተግዳሮቶችን በጸጋ እና በቁርጠኝነት በማሸነፍ የፕሮጀክታችንን የመጀመሪያ ምዕራፍ ጨርሰናል። ጥረታችን የሚከተሉትን ጨምሮ ለወሳኝ ጉዳዮች ሁሉን አቀፍ እና ደረጃቸውን የጠበቁ የመመሪያ መጽሐፎችን አስገኝተናል።

እነዚህ የመመሪያ መጽሐፍት የትምህርት መርጃዎች ብቻ አይደሉም; ታላቅ የእውቀት ዛፍ የሚበቅልባቸው ዘሮች ናቸው።
የድጋፍ ምሰሶዎቻችንን እውቅና መስጠት ለዶ/ር ኢሊያስ አብደላ፣ ሁንዴይሳ አሂምደኑር ሱሌይማን እና ቻላ ዩዬ ላደረጉት የማያወላውል ድጋፍ እና በዋጋ ሊተመን የማይችል አስተዋፅዖ ለማድረግ ያለኝን ጥልቅ ምስጋና አቀርባለሁ። በተለይ ዶ/ር ኢሊያስ አብደላ ፕሮጀክታችን በሂደት ላይ ያለ መሆኑን በማረጋገጥ ላሳዩት ተነሳሽነት እና ቀጣይነት ያለው አመራር ልዩ እውቅና ሊሰጣቸው ይገባል።
ደረጃ ሁለት፡ ክፍተቶችን መግጠም፣ የወደፊት እጣዎችን መገንባት ወደ ሁለተኛው ምዕራፍ ስንሸጋገር፣ የሰለጠነ እና በቴክኖሎጂ የሰለጠነ ወጣት ለማፍራት ወሳኝ በሆኑ ጉዳዮች ላይ ትኩረታችን እየጠነከረ ይሄዳል። ሒሳብ፣ ፊዚክስ እና አይሲቲ በጥረታችን ግንባር ቀደም ይሆናሉ፣ ይህም ተማሪዎቻችን ከጊዜ ወደ ጊዜ እርስ በርስ በተሳሰረ ዓለም ውስጥ የላቀ ውጤት ለማምጣት አስፈላጊ የሆኑትን መሳሪያዎች ለማስታጠቅ ያለንን ቁርጠኝነት በማንፀባረቅ ነው።
የድርጊት ጥሪ “የአገር ሁሉ መሠረት የወጣትነት ትምህርት ነው” ብሎ በተረዳው በጥበቡ ዲዮጋን መንፈስ፣ በዚህ በጎ ተግባር እንድትተባበሩን እጋብዛችኋለሁ። በውድ ሀገራችን ውስጥ ያሉ የትምህርት ክፍተቶችን ለመቅረፍ የእናንተ እውቀት፣ ፍላጎት እና ራዕይ ቀናቶች ናቸው። እንተባበር፣ እንፍጠር እና እናነሳሳ። ወጣቶቻችን የተማሩ ብቻ ሳይሆን ሀገራችንን ወደ ብሩህ እና የብልጽግና ጎዳና ለመምራት የተዘጋጀን መሆኑን በማረጋገጥ የኢትዮጵያን የትምህርት ትሩፋት በጋራ እንመልሳለን።

It is with great honor and a sense of profound responsibility that I address you today, as we stand on the cusp of a transformative era in Ethiopian education. Before jumping into the entity I want to remind you of the best quote of DIOGENES "The foundation of
every state is the education of its youth". Our extensive research and analysis of the educational system have culminated in the creation of the 'Project of Excellence in Education'—a beacon of hope and a testament to our collective dedication to nurturing the minds that will shape our nation's future.
Phase One: A Foundation of Knowledge
We have completed the first phase of our project, overcoming various challenges with grace and determination. Our efforts have yielded comprehensive and standardized guidebooks for critical subjects, including:
- Economics (Grades 9-12)
- Citizenship (Grades 9-12)
- Geography (Grades 9-10)
- Biology (Grades 9-12)
These guidebooks are not just educational resources; they are the seeds from which the mighty tree of knowledge will grow.
