EMTI S.C. training center is located in Bahir-Dar of the Amhara region and have facilities both at the University of Bahir Dar PEDA Campus as well as at Lake Tana Campus. Overview :
The Executive Assistant position is an important part of the Executive Office and is responsible for management of the office in a professional manner that meets the high level of professionalism required by the Executives. This position acts as a conduit as well between various international offices and the Executive team and provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and Business Development Executive of our Addis Ababa office. The role includes managing travel bookings, stakeholder engagements, meeting arrangements, diary management, general administrative duties, special projects, and limited marketing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Support :
● Manage the diaries of the CEO, CFO, and Business Development Executive, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
● Schedule and arrange meetings with a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
● Perform general administrative duties for the executive offices, including filing, correspondence, and document management.

Stakeholder Engagement :

● Maintain an updated contact database for all key stakeholders.

Marketing and Communications :

● Previous marketing experience, especially in PR and digital communication.
● Experience in the telecoms industry is an advantage.

● Administrative Support: Assist in managing the administrative tasks associated with crew changes, including preparing and maintaining accurate records of crew documentation & certifications.
