🚩Conoid tubercle:
Bony projection on the inferior border of the lateral third of the clavicle articulating with the coracoid process.
✅️The conoid tubercle is a normal anatomical variant. It is the insertion point of the conoid ligament. Most cases are asymptomatic. Symptomatic cases are rare.

• Thickened NUCHAL TRANSLUCENCY (NT) = excess fluid behind the fetal neck seen on ultrasound at 11–14 weeks.
• NT ≥ 3.0 mm (above 95th percentile) may indicate possible genetic or structural abnormalities.
• NT is a screening marker, not a definite diagnosis.
• 3.5–4.4 mm NT: ~20% risk of chromosomal abnormality.
• NT ≥ 6.5 mm: High risk (up to 60–70%) of chromosomal anomalies, congenital heart defects, or genetic syndromes.
