ሻሎም ቢዝነስና ቴክኖሎጂ ኮሌጅ በ6ኛ ዙር በተለያዩ የትምህርት መስኮች ያስተማራቸውን ተማሪዎችን በዲፕሎማ፣ በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ እና በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ አስመርቋል።

የሻሎም ቢዝነስና ቴክኖሎጂ ኮሌጅ ዲን ዶ/ር ፀጋዬ ማቴዎስ በምረቃ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ እንደገለጹት፤ ተማሪዎች በዲፕሎማ፣ በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ እና በሁለተኛ ዲግሪ በተለያዩ የትምህርት ዘርፎች ትምህርታቸውን በተሳካ ሁኔታ አጠናቀው ለዛሬው ቀን መብቃታቸውን ገልጸዋል።

ዶ/ር ፀጋዬ ኮሌጁ በጥራት የተደራጀ ትምህርት በመስጠት ብቁና ተወዳዳሪ የሰው ኃይል ለማፍራት በቀጣይነት እየሠራ መሆኑን ገልጸው፤ ተመራቂዎቹም በትምህርት ያገኙትን እውቀትና ክህሎት በሥራ ላይ በማዋል ለአገራቸው እድገት እንዲያበረክቱ አሳስበዋል።

በሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ የአክሽን ፎር ዘ ኒዲ ኢትዮጵያ
ግብረ ሰናይ ድርጅት መስራችና ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ ዶ/ር ሳሊሁ ሱልጣን የክብር እንግዳ ሆነው ተገኝተው፣ ተመራቂዎች የሥራ ፈጠራን፣ ሙያዊ ሥነ-ምግባርንና ማህበራዊ ኃላፊነትን በማጠናከር ለሀገራቸው እድገት የሚጠቅም አስተዋፅኦ እንዲያደርጉ መልዕክት አስተላልፈዋል።

የዕለቱ የክብር እንግዳ ዶ/ር ሳሊሁ ተማሪዎች በማናቸውም ሁኔታ ሆነው ተስፋ እንዳይቆርጡ በከፍተኛ ሁኔታ አሳስበዋል።

በምረቃ ሥነ-ሥርዓቱ ላይ የመንግሥትና የግል ተቋማት ኃላፊዎች፣ አስተማሪዎች፣ ወላጆችና ሌሎች ተጋባዠ‍እ ከፍተኛ እንግዶች ታድመዋል።

Thesis Defence

Master’s Students at Shalom Business and Technology College Successfully Defend Their Research!

The program opened with remarks from Dr. Nidih Nalwaya, who joined online to wish the students success in their presentations. She emphasized that improving the quality of higher education requires a strong dedication to teaching, learning, and research.

Dr. Nalwaya also highlighted that this thesis defence was particularly significant because all the students had successfully passed the National Graduate Admission Test (NG*T), a mandatory requirement for admission to master’s degree programs. According to her, this achievement demonstrates the college’s strong commitment to maintaining high academic standards.

Following the opening remarks, Master’s candidates from the Department of Project Planning and Management at Shalom Business and Technology College, who have spent the past two years engaged in coursework, research, and academic training, presented and defended their work before a panel of experienced academic experts.

The research presentations underwent a comprehensive academic evaluation and received constructive feedback from the panel. Consequently, the students were advised to incorporate these improvements based on the recommendations provided.

Upon completion of the review, the panel approved the students’ research and authorized them to finalize and submit their theses. The thesis defence program concluded successfully following the official announcement of the results.

ሻሎም ቢዝነስ እና ቴክኖሎጂ ኮሌጅ የማስተርስ ተማሪዎች፥ የምርምር ስራ በባለሞያዎች አሰገመገመ!

በኮሌጁ በፕሮጀክት ፕላኒንግ እና ማኔጅመንት ት/ት ክፍል ለተከታታይ 2(ሁለት) አመታት የመማር ማስተማር እና የምርምር ስራቸውን ሲያከናውኑ የቆዪ ተማሪዎቹን፥ በዮንቨርስቲ እና ኮሌጆች የረዥም ጊዜ ልምድ ባላቸው የዘርፉ ባለሞያዎች ተማሪዎቹ ያቀረቡትን የምርምር ስራቸውን ጠለቅ ያለ ትምህርታዊ ትችት ተሰቶበት፥ ተመራማሪ ተማሪዎቹ በተሰጡት ትችቶች ላይ መጠነኛ ማስተካከያ እንዲያደርጉ ማስታወሻ ተሰቷቸዋል።

የምርምር ሰራቸው በባለሞያዎች ተቀባይነት አግኝቶ ሥራቸውን እንዲያጠናቅቁ ተፈቅዶላቸዋል።

በምርምር ስራ ግምገማው መክፈቻ ላይ በድህረ መረብ ንግግራቸውን ያቀረቡት ዶ/ር ኒዲህ ናልወያ፥ ተመራማሪ ተማሪዎች የሚያቀርቡት ግዜ መልካም እንዲሆንላቸው ተመኝተው ያለመማር ማስተማር እና ያለምርምር ሥራ የትምህርት ጥራትን ከፍ ማድረግ እንደማይቻል አበክረው ገልፀዋል። ይህንን የምርምር ስራ ግምገማ ለየት የሚያደርገው ተማሪዎች ለማስተርስ ት/ት መንግስት ያዘጋጀውን ግምገማ G*T አልፈው የመጡ መሆናቸው ለ ት/ት ጥራት ያለው ዋጋ እጅግ ከፍ ያለ ነው።

የግምገማው ውጤት ለምርምር ስራ አቅራቢ ተማሪዎች ተገልጾ የእለቱ ፕሮግራም አብቅቷል።
