በ2015 ዓ.ም የክረምት ትምህርት ፕሮግራም እንደማይኖር ትምህርት ሚኒስቴር አሳውቋል።

ሚኒስቴሩ ዛሬ ሐምሌ 25/2015 ዓ.ም ለሁሉም ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት በጻፈው ደብዳቤ፤ የ2015 ዓ.ም የክረምት ትምህርት ፕሮግራም እንደማይኖር ገልጿል።

"በተለያዩ ምክንያቶች ባለፉት ዓመታት የተዛነፈውን የትምህርት ካሌንደር ከ2016 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ለማስተካከል እየሠራ እንደሚገኝ" ሚኒስቴሩ አስታውሷል፡፡

በዚህም በቀሪው አንድ ወር የክረምት ትምህርትን ማስቀጠል የማይቻል መሆኑን በሚኒስቴሩ የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ዋና ሥራ አስፈፃሚ ኤባ ሚጀና (ዶ/ር) ተፈርሞ የወጣው ደብዳቤ ጠቁሟል።

በመሆኑም ጊዜውን ማራዘም እንዲስተካከል እየተሠራ ያለውን የትምህርት ካሌንደር መልሶ የሚያዛባ በመሆኑ የ2015 ዓ.ም የክረምት ትምህርት የማይኖር መሆኑን ሚኒስቴሩ አሳውቋል።

አርዓያ መምህራን እና ተጋራፊዎች
በትምህርት ቤት ቆይታችን የተለያዩ አይነት መምህራን ይገጥሙናል። አንዳንዶች ቁጡ ወይም ኃይለኛ ስለሆኑ በተማሪዎች ዘንድ ይፈራሉ፤ ወይም ይከበራሉ። ሌሎች ዱላና ስድብ ይቀናቸዋል። በጣም ጥሩ ወይም አርዓያ ሆነውኛል የምትሏቸው መምህራን ምን አይነት ባሕሪ ነበራቸው?
ብዙ ከማውራት ይልቅ በተግባር ማሳየት እና አዳዲስ ሀሳቦችን ማፍለቅ አንድን ጥሩ መምህር ይገልፀዋል ይላሉ የ2019 የዓለም ምርጥ መምህር ተሸላሚ ፔተር ታቢቺ። ኬንያዊው መነኩሴ እና መምህር ምርጥ መምህር የተባሉት ከ179 ሀገራት ከታጩ 10 000 መምህራን መካከል ነው።« በጣም ደስ ብሎኛል። ማመን አልቻልኩም። ከዓለም ጎበዝ መምህራን ውስጥ በመመረጤ በጣም ደስተኛ ነኝ።»
የ36 ዓመቱ ታቢቺ ኬንያ ውስጥ ድርቅ እና ረሐብ በሚያጠቃው አንድ መንደር ውስጥ የኬሪኮ 2ኛ ደረጃ ትምህርት ቤት የሂሳብ እና ሳይንስ መምህር ናቸው። አንድ ሦስተኛ ያህሉ ተማሪዎቻቸው ወላጅ የሏቸውም ወይም አንዳቸው ከዚህ ዓለም በሞት ተለይተዋል። አብዛኞቹም ተማሪዎች ከደሀ ቤተሰብ የተወለዱ ናቸው። ታቢቺ ወደዚህ ትምህርት ቤት መተው ማስተማር የጀመሩት በፊት የነበሩበትን የግል ትምህርት ቤት ትተው ነው። የወሰዱት ርምጃ ፍሬ አፍርቷል። ምንም እንኳን የሚያስተምሩበት ትምህርት ቤት የትምህርት መገልገያዎች ባይሟሉም ከተማሪዎቻቸው በሀገር አቀፍ ውድድሮች ተካፍለው አሸናፊ የሆኑ ይገኙበታል። ይህ ብቻ አይደለም ታቢቺ ከሚያገኙት የወር ደሞዝ 80 በመቶውን የሚያውሉት ለተቸገሩት ተማሪዎች ነው። መምህር ፔተር ታቢቺ ለመምህርነት ሞያ መስጠት ስላለበት ትኩረት እንዲህ ይገልጣሉ።« የተመኙበት ቦታ መድረስ ይቻላል። እኛ መምህራን ይህንን በማድረግ ለማገዝ እንችላለን። ለዛም ነው መምህርነት ጥሩ ሞያ የሆነው። መምህራንን ማክበር ይኖርብናል። »
መምህር ፔተር ታቢቺ ኬንያዊው የዓለም ምርጥ መምህር ብቻ ሳይሆን የተባሉት ዱባይ ላይ በተካሄደው ሥነ-ስርዓት የ1 ሚሊዮን ዩ ኤስ ዶላር ተሸላሚም ናቸው። ከሽልማታቸውም ይበልጡን ገንዘብ ለትምህርት ቤቶች አስፈላጊ ነገሮች እንዲሟሉ እንደሚለግሱ ቃል ገብተዋል።
የኢትዮጵያ ወጣቶችስ በጣም ጥሩ ወይም አርዓያ ሆነውኛል የሚሏቸው መምህራን ምን አይነት መምህራን ናቸው?
« እጅግ በጣም ስራቸውን የሚወዱ፣ በሰዓት የሚገኙ፣ ተማሪዎች ትምህርቻቸው ላይ ትኩረት እንዲሰጡ እና ውጤታማ እንዲሆኑ ቁጡ መምህራኖች ትልቅ ሚና ይጫወታሉ ብዬ አምናለሁ።
« ሴቶች እናት የሆኑ አስተማሪዎች ነበሩ።ብዙ ነገር የሚያካፍሉን። ወደፊት ስታድጉ ስታገቡ እንደዚህ ታደርጋላችሁ የሚሉ»
« የአራተኛ ክፍል እያለሁ የሂሳብ መምህራችን ጊዜቤት እንድናቅ እና በሂሳብ ትምህርት ኃይለኛ እንድንሆን አድርጎናል።»
የሚሉ አስተያየቶች ይገኙበታል።
ተማሪዎችን ሥነ-ምግባር በማስያዝ በተለይ የብሪታንያ የአዳሪ ትምህርት ቤቶች ዝነኛ ናቸው። በዓመት ከ 30ሺ እስከ 35ሺ የመክፈል አቅሙ ያላቸው አንዳንድ ጀርመኖች ልጆቻቸውን የማልቨርን ኮሌጅ ይልካሉ። በዚህ ትምህርት ቤት የደንብ ልብስ መልበስ ግዴታ ነው፤ የልጃ ገረዶች ቀሚስ ከጉልበት በላይ መሆን አይፈቀድም፣ረዥም ፀጉር ተሰብስቦ መያዝ አለበት፣ ይህ ብቻ አይደለም ትምህርት የሚሰጠው ሙሉ ቀን ነው፣ ተማሪዎች ስልካቸውን እንዲጠቀሙ የሚፈቀድላቸው የተወሰነ ሰዓት አለ። ከቁርስ በፊት ቤተ ክርስትያን ይሄዳሉ። ከምሽቱ አራት ሰዓት ላይ መብራት ይጠፋል።

They are generally established to serve and protect the public interest through certifying, governing, quality controlling, and enforcing standards of practice for the teaching profession.
