You don’t need to be a scientist to recognize that women think and act differently than men. This isn’t about one gender being smarter or thinking better than the other—the issue is that they reach similar decisions through different means. Therefore, women generally have more interest in details and pay more attention to them than men do. Understanding the fact that women do things differently than men can help us avoid reacting negatively to these differences. Respect the differences!!!
