I’m sharing this on behalf of Selamawit Teshome, a fellow Nazareth School alum, whose mother is seriously ill and currently in the hospital. Her family is going through a very hard time and is raising funds to help with medical expenses.
She’s created a GoFundMe page where you can read more and contribute if you’re able
For those in Ethiopia, she’s also shared local details for direct support:
Phone number: 0912923959
Bank account: 1000259337325
Account name: Selamawit Teshome
We all appreciate Nazareth School for being a community that shows up for one another and one we can rely on. Let us be there for Selam and help her save her mom! Even a small amount or simply sharing the link can make a difference.
Thank you!

Even though the world is large, one person can still make a world of difference. – Frank Sonnenberg.
Ethiopia is a pioneering non-profit dedicated to transforming epilepsy care in Ethiopia. Founded by Enat Yewnetu '86—a global advocate, public health expert, and person living with epilepsy—the organization was born from lived experience and a powerful mission: to make epilepsy visible and treatable in a healthcare system that too often overlooks it.
Pictures from a recent presentation in Minnesota by Enat Ewnetu '86 about her journey and the positive impacts that CareEpilepsy is having on individuals living with epilepsy.
Let's continue to encourage and support each other to make a larger and lasting positive impact.
