On Wednesday, 13 August 2025, Mr. Essadiq Ahmed, a PhD candidate in Public Law at the University of Paris 1, who is in Addis Ababa for a research visit, made a presentation to members and students of the CFGS. The title of his presentation was “Bicephalism in Executive Powers: A Comparative Study of Morocco, Ethiopia and Senegal”. Mr Ahmed is working on his PhD thesis under the supervision of Prof Jan Erk, a friend of the CFGS.
