በረራው ሴቶች ሁሉን ማድረግ እንደሚችሉ ያሳየንበት ነው :-ሴት አብራሪዎች
የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ሙሉ በሙሉ በሴቶች መሪነት ወደ ባንኮክ ያደረገው በረራ ብቃታቸውን ለዓለም ህዝብ ያስመሰከሩበት ታሪካዊ አጋጣሚ መፍጠሩን የበረራው መሪዎች ገለጹ።
በአየር መንገዱ ታሪክ ሙሉ በሙሉ በሴቶች የተካሄደው የታይላንድ ባንኮክ ደርሶ መልሰ በረራ በሰላም ተጠናቋል።
በረራውን በዋና አብራሪነት የመሩት ካፒቴን አምሳለ ጓሉ እና ረዳት አብራሪ ሰላም ተስፋዬ ሴቶች ጠንክረው ከሰሩ ስኬታማ መሁን እንደሚችሉ ተናግረዋል።
የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ የሰው ሃይል አስተዳደር ምክትል ኃላፊ ወይዘሮ አዚዛ መሀመድ አየር መንገዱ በተለያዩ የአመራር ደረጃዎች ሴቶችን ለማብቃትና ተሳትፎአቸውን ለማሳደግ የሚያስችል አሰራር እየተገበረ መሆኑን ገልፀዋል።
በታሪካዊው በረራ የተሳተፉት ቀዳማዊት እመቤት ወይዘሮ ሮማን ተስፋዬ ሀገራችን በሺዎች የሚቆጠሩ ስኬታማ ሴቶችን ማፍራት ችላለች እነዚህን ተምሳሌቶች ይዘን የተሻለ ውጤት ማስመዝገብ ይገባናል ብለዋል።
ለስኬቱ የማህበረሰቡ ድርሻ ወሳኝ መሆኑንም ጠቁመዋል።
የኢትዮጵያ አየር መንገድ ከ20 ሺህ በላይ ሰራተኞች ያሉት ሲሆን 33 በመቶ ያህሉ ሴቶች ናቸው።

World Food Program boosts support for drought-stricken Somali region
United Nations Food Program /UNFP/ said it has increased aid support for the drought-affected areas in Somali region, in Ethiopia.
The food aid would be provided for 1.5 million people in Somali region apart from nutrient-rich foods for 700 thousand infants found in the relief areas.
The organization said that the number of affected people has increased from 2.5 million to 8.2 in the month of October. For this reason, the aid support has boosted after countries like Canada, Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland lent their helping hands besides 17 million dollar donated by US Agency for International Development.
International aid agencies played significant roles to stop EI Nino caused drought effects on people, said World Food Program representative and Ethiopian Director Office, John Aylif.
Currently, support of food such as grains, edible oil, and nutrient-rich foods and in kinds are being distributed to the drought affected people in Somalia region, Ethiopia.
UNWFP is an organization that supports drought affected people worldwide and so far has reached out to 80 million people in 80 countries.
