የዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ሕክምና እና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት በጌርጌሴኖን የአዕምሮ ሕሙማን መርጃ እና ማገገሚያ ማዕከል በመገኘት የማሀበረሰብ አገልግሎት አከናወነ፡፡
የዳግማዊ ምኒልክ የሕክምና እና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ ከመማር ማስተማር እና ምርምር ስራዎቹ ጎን ለጎን፣ የማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት (Community Service) አንዱ ከመሆኑ አንፃር ይህን መሰረት በማድረግ፣ ዛሬ ማለትም ግንቦት 1-09-2018 ዓ/ም የኮሌጁ ሰራተኞችና ተማሪዎች በጌርጌሴኖን የአዕምሮ ሕሙማን መርጃ እና ማገገሚያ ማዕከል በመገኘት ልዩ ልዩ ተግባራትን አከናውነዋል፡፡
በእለቱ በስፈራው በመገኘት ለማሀበረስብ አገልገሎትና ለሰብዓዊነት ሁሌም ኮለጁ ዝግጁ እነደሆነ ይህንንም ተግባር እነደ አንድ ማሀበራዊ ሀላፊነት እነደሚወጣ የጤና ተቋም እንደ ሁልጊዜውም አጠናክሮ እንደሚቀጥል የኮሌጁ ማኔጅመት አባለት ማለትም( ደ/ር ደረጀ ደርበው፣ ችፍ አካዳሚክ ዳይሬከተር፡ ዶ/ር ፍቅርተ ወ/ስላሴ፣ ችፍ ምርምር፡ ክሊኒካልና ማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ዳይሬከተር፣ አቶ ዱሬሳ ሙላቱ፣ ችፍ አስተዳደርና ልማት ዳይሬከተር እና አቶ ጥበቡ ቸርነት፣ የችፍ ኤክስኪዩቲቭ ዳይሬከተር አማካሪ) በስነ-ሰርዓቱ ላይ በመገኘት ባደረጉት ንግግር አረጋግጠዋል፡፡
በጠቃላይ በእለቱ ለማዕከሉ ከተደረገው ድጋፍ መካከልም፡
1. የሕክምና እና የጤና እንክብካቤ አገልግሎት፡ በነዚህ ተገባራት የተለያዩ የጤና ባለሙያዎችና ተማሪዎች በማስተባበር ለማዕከሉ የአእምሮ ህሙማን በየደረጃው የተለያዩ የሕክምና ድጋፍ ተሰጥቷል። ከዚህም በተጨማሪ የኮሌጁ ማሀበረሰብ በህሙማኖቹ መካከል በመገኘት በስነ-አእምሮ ጤና ባለሙያዎች አዕምሮ የህክምና ድጋፍ፡ ፡ የደም ግፊት ልየታ እና የግል ንፅህናቸው ጥበቅና እንክብካቤ ተግባራት ተከናውነዋል። ።
2. የቁሳቁስ ድጋፍ፡ ለማዕከሉ ተረጂዎች የዕለት ተዕለት ፍጆታ የሚውሉ የተለያዩ ቁሳቁሶችን ያበረከተ ሲሆን፣ በዚህም መሰረት አጠቃላይ ዋጋ 112,028.80 (አንድ መቶ አስራ ሰባት ሺህ ሃያ ስምንት ብር ከሰማንያ ሳንቲም) የሚተመን ቁሳቁስ
3. በገንዘብ ፡15, 000( አስራ አምስት ሽህ ብር)
በአጠቃላይ 117,028.80 (አንድ መቶ አስራ ሰባት ሺህ ሃያ ስምንት ብር ከሰማንያ ሳንቲም) የሚተመን ድጋፍ አድርጓል፡፡
በአጠቃላይ ይህ ተግባር ኮሌጁ ለማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት የሚሰጠውን ትኩረት የሚያሳይ ሲሆን ወደፊትም መሰል የበጎ አድራጎት ስራዎችን አጠናክሮ በመቀጠል የዜጎችን ጤናና ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት በመግለፅ በተለያየ ምክንያት ድጋፍ ለሚያስፈልጋችው ሰዎች ድጋፍን በመለገስ ማሀበረሰባዊ ሃላፊነቱን ይወጣል።

Advancing Quality Education Through Digital Assessment!
Menelik II Medical and Health Science College has successfully conducted four rounds of Computer-Based Testing (CBT) training for all academic staff as part of its commitment to improving the quality of education and strengthening modern assessment systems.
The training was designed to enhance exam quality, ensure fair and standardized educational assessment, and build staff capacity in digital examination management. By adopting CBT systems, the college is creating a more reliable, efficient, and student-centered assessment environment that supports continuous academic improvement.
In addition, the initiative contributes significantly to cost minimization by reducing dependence on printed examination materials and other paper-based resources. This supports environmentally friendly practices while improving operational efficiency.
The program is also aligned with the Ministry of Education’s digital transformation and quality education initiatives, which encourages institutions to modernize teaching, learning, and assessment systems through technology-driven solutions.

The five-day training on Research Proposal Development and Manuscript Preparation for academic staff at Menelik II Medical and Health Science College was successfully completed today ( 8 May, 2026 )
The training aimed to improve the skills of academic staff in developing quality research proposals and writing scientific manuscripts for publication in reputable journals. It also focused on strengthening research culture, promoting evidence-based practice, and increasing scientific publication output within the institution.
During the training, participants gained practical knowledge and hands-on experience in proposal development, scientific writing, manuscript organization, referencing, and publication processes. The training also provided an opportunity for academic staff to enhance their research and scientific communication skills.
The training was delivered by experienced academicians from different universities who have strong expertise in research and scientific publication. Their valuable guidance and practical insights greatly enriched the learning experience of the participants. Oral Examination Successfully Completed for Anesthesia Graduating Class!
Menelik II Medical and Health Science College has successfully carried out the Oral Examination for its graduating Anesthesia cohort, marking the concluding phase of the qualification process. This follows the first day Comprehensive Written Examination and the second day OSCE Examination, completing the three-part assessment.
This oral evaluation serves as the third part of the thorough assessment, following the Written Exam and OSCE. All examinations were conducted by external assessors to ensure the highest standards of quality, equity, and professionalism. A total of 32 students underwent evaluation by a respected panel of external examiners, which included senior anesthesia specialists, public health professionals, obstetricians, and surgeons.
This accomplishment highlights our continuous commitment to cultivating capable, skilled, and dedicated anesthesia professionals who are prepared to support and enhance the healthcare system.

Menelik II Medical and Health Science College successfully conducted the OSCE Qualification Examination on 22 April 2026.
Menelik II Medical and Health Science College, the Department of Anesthesia, has successfully conducted the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for undergraduate anesthesia students as part of their qualification for entry into the internship phase.
A total of 32 students participated in the examination, including:

The OSCE was organized through 10 structured examination stations, each carefully designed to assess critical areas such as clinical reasoning, procedural skills, patient management, and professional competence in anesthesia practice. This structured approach provides a comprehensive and reliable evaluation of students’ readiness for safe and effective clinical practice.
To ensure transparency, objectivity, and adherence to national standards of healthcare education, the examination process was supported by external examiners drawn from various higher education institutions.
This assessment plays a vital role in supporting students’ transition into clinical internship training, where they will further develop hands-on experience in real healthcare settings. The successful completion of this examination highlights a strong commitment to producing competent, skilled, and ethical anesthesia professionals who contribute to improving healthcare quality in Ethiopia.

የዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ህክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የ2018 ዓ/ም የቡድን ስልጠና ፕሮገራም /TTP/ ኦረንቴሽን ተከናወነ፡፡
የቡድን ስልጠና ፕሮገራም /TTP/ ዛሬ ማለትም 07-08-2018 ዓ/ም እጩ ተመራቂ ተማሪዎች በማህበረስቡ ውስጥ በመግባት ሳይናሳዊ በሆነ መንገድ ችገርን በመለየት እና ለችገሮች መፈትሄ በመስጠት ፕሮጀክቶችን እንድሰሩ በ 7 (ሰባት) ቡድን የተከፈሉ 277(ሁለት መቶ ሰባ ሰባት) ተማሪዎች ከሰኞ ማለትም ከሚያዚያ 12-08-2018 ዓ/ም ጀምሮ በተለያዩ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር ውስጥ ባሉ ጤና ጣቢያዎች ወደ ማሀበረሰቡ ገብተው ችግሮችን እንድለዩና መፍትሄም እንዲያፈላልጉ ገለፃ ተደርጎላቸዋል፡፡
በሮግራሙም ተማሪዎቹን ወደ ስራ አለም ከመሰማራታቸው በፊት ነባራዊ የጤና ከባቢን ለመልመድ የ(TTP) ፕሮግራም አሰፈላጊ በመሆን በአፅንዖት ተብራርቷል፡፡ ይህ ፕሮግራም ተማሪዎችን ከንድፈ ሀሳብ ትምህርት ወደ እውነተኛ የስራ ልምድ ለማሸጋገር፣ በሙያዊ ክህሎታቸው እና በስነ-ምግባራቸው እንዲጠናከሩ ከፍተኛ ሚና ይጫወታል ።
ፕሮግራሙን በንግግር የከፈቱት የኮሌጁ ቺፍ ምርምር፣ ክሊኒካል እና ማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ፍቅርተ ወ/ሰላሴ ሲሆኑ ፣ በንግግራቸው ተማሪዎች ሊያሳዩት የሚገባውን ሙያዊነት፣ ታማኝነት እና ትጋት እንድሁም አጠቃላይ የስራ እንቅስቃሴና ፣ኮሌጁን በክብር እንዲወክሉ አሳስበው ቆይታቸው የተሳካ እንድሆን መልካም ምኞታቸውን ገልፀዋል፡፡
በመቀጠልም የኮሌጁ ሲቢተፒ፡ ቲቲፒ እና ፕራክቲከም ዳይሬክተር አቶ በላቸው አዕምሮ አጠቀላይ ስለ (TTP) ፕሮግራሙ ዝርዝር ስራዎችና የቡድን ስልጠናውን አላማ፡ በቆይታቸው ሊተገብሯቸው የሚገቡ ተግባራት፡ የአፈጻጸም ሂደት እና ከተማሪዎች የሚጠበቁ ሀላፊነቶች በዝርዝር ቀርበዋል። በዚህም መሰረት ተማሪዎች ከመጀመሪያው ቀን እስከ ፕሮግራሙ ማጠናቀቂያዋ ሰዓት ድረስ ያለውን የተማሪዎች ዕለታዊ ተግባራት፣ የሪፖርት አቀራረብ እና ከሱፐርቫይዘሮች እና ከሳይት ኢንስትራክተሮች ጋር የሚኖር ትብብር በግልፅ አብራርተዋል።
በመጨረሻም የመዝጊያ ንግግር ያደረጉት የኮሌጁ ቺፍ አካዳሚክ ዳይሬክተር በዶ/ር ደረጀ ደርበው፣ ተማሪዎች በሚሄዱበት ቦታ ሁሉ የኮሌጁ አምባሳደሮች በመሆናቸው በሚመደቡበት የስራ አካባቢ የተቋሙን መልካም ገጽታ እንዲያስጠብቁ፣ ሙያዊ ስነ-ምግባር እንዲከተሉ እና የስራ ጊዜያቸውን በትክክል በመጠቀም ከፍተኛ የስራ አፈፃፀምን እንዲተገብሩና በሚሰማሩበት የጤና ተቋማትም ሆነ በማሀበረስቡ ውስጥ ሲነቀሳቀሱ ሕጎችን አክብረው የተቀናጀ የስራ ባህልን መከተል ዓርዓያ በመሆን ማህበረሰቡን እንዲያገለግሉ በማሳሰብ ንግግራቸውን ቋጭተዋል፡፡
በአጠቃላይ፣ ይህ ቅድመ ገለፃ ተማሪዎችን ለተግባራዊ ስራ እንዲዘጋጁ እና በሙያዊ ብቃታቸው እንዲጎለብቱ አስፈላጊ መሆኑ አመላክቷል።

የዳግማዊ ምኒልክ ህክምናና ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅ የትንሳኤ በዓልን ምክንያት በማድረግ ዛሬ ማለትም ሚያዚያ 1 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም የማዕድ ማጋራት ስነ-ስርዓት አካሂዷል።
የማዕድ ማጋራቱ በተቋሙ ውስጥ ዝቅተኛ ተካፋይ ለሆኑ ሰራተኞች የተካሄደ ሲሆን እንደ ሁልጊዜውም በዓላትን ስናከብር እርስ በእርስ በመተሳሰብና በመረዳዳት አብሮነትን ቀዳሚ በማድረግ በተለይም ዝቅተኛ ደመወዝ ያላቸው የኮሌጁ ሰራተኞች በዓሉን በደስታና በመልካም ድባብ እንዲያሳልፉ ታሳቢ ያደረገ ነው።
በዕለቱም በመርሃ ግብሩ በመገኘት የእንኳን አደረሳችሁ መልዕክት ያስተላለፉት የኮሌጁ ችፍ ኤከስኪዩቲቭ ዳይሬከተር አቶ አለሙ ዳንኤል ከኮሌጁ ማኔጅመንት አባላት ጋር በመሆን ለሰራተኞቹ የ5 ኪሎ ግራም ዱቄትና የ5 ሊትር ዘይት አበረክተዋል፡፡

OSCE Successfully Conducted by the Department of Anesthesia!
The Department of Anesthesia has successfully conducted an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for 35 students from the 2015 entry Post-Basic and 2015 Generic programs.
The OSCE is a key component of clinical training, designed to evaluate students’ practical skills, clinical competence, and readiness to provide safe and effective patient care. This clinical assessment shows our department’s ongoing commitment to high-quality health science education and hands-on learning.
The College appreciates the efforts of the department for their ongoing commitment and support, which have contributed to the 100% national exit exam passing rate and this internal assessment. This internal assessment is an integral part of preparing competent professionals for quality healthcare delivery.
