አገራችን በብዙ አሳሮች መሃል እያለፈች ነው። ጦርነት፣ ድርቅ፣ የኑሮ መወደድ፣ የፖለቲካ ጡዘት እና ሌሎች ብዙ ችግር ብቻ ሳይሆን ችጋሮችን እየተጋፈጡ መኖር ለህዝባችን እጣፈንታው የሆነ ከመሰለም ሰነባብቷል።
ታዲያ በነዚህ መሰል መከራና አሳር የሚያልፍ ሰው ከአካላዊ ህመሞች እና ጉዳቶች ባልተናነሰ የስነልቦና ቀውስ ይገጥመዋል። ይህ ችግር በግዜ አስፈላጊውን የስነልቦና ድጋፍ ካላገኘ ወደ ትላልቅ የአዕምሮ ህመሞች ሊያድግ ይችላል።
ከላይ በርእሳችን ላይ ያነሳነው (Psychological First Aid) ለዚህ ችግር አይነተኛ የህክምና ዘዴ ነው። ለየት የሚያደርገው ደግሞ እንደሌሎቹ የስነልቦና ህመሞች በዘርፉ ከሰለጠኑ ባለሙያዎች ብቻ የሚሰጥ ህክምና አይደለም። ይልቅ ከነርሱ በተጨማሪ በማንኛውም ቅን ልቦና ያለው ዜጋ ሊሰጥ የሚችል የስነልቦና ድጋፍ ነው።

Psychological First Aid ሲባል ምን አይደለም?

✅ባለሙያዎች ብቻ ሊያደርጉት የሚችሉት ነገር አይደለም።
✅የባለሙያ ምክር ብቻ ማለትም አይደለም።
✅ሰዎች የሆነውን ነገር እንዲመረምሩ ወይም ጊዜንና ክስተቶችን እንዲያስቀምጡ መጠየቅ አይደለም።
✅ምንም እንኳን ሳይኮሎጂካል መጀመሪያ እርዳታ የሰዎችን ታሪኮች ለማዳመጥ መገኘትን የሚያካትት ቢሆንም፣ ሰዎች በአንድ ክስተት ላይ ስሜታቸውን ወይም ምላሻቸውን እንዲነግሩዎት ግፊት ማድረግ አይደለም።

👉🏻በጣም ከተጨነቁ ሰዎች ጋር ለመጀመሪያ ጊዜ በሚገናኙበት ወቅት። ብዙውን ጊዜ አንድ ክስተት (ምሳሌ ጦርነት፣ ድርቅ፣ ግላዊ አደጋ...ወዘተ) ከተከሰተ ከጥቂት ሰዐታት በኋላ ሊሆን ይችላል። ወይም አንዳንድ ጊዜ ከጥቂት ቀናት ወይም ሳምንታት በኋላም ይሆናል።
👉🏻እርዳታን በማይፈልጉት ላይ ማስገደድ ባይመከርም፣ ነገር ግን እራስን ከጎኑ እንዲላችሁ እና ድጋፍ በፈለገ ሰዓት በቀላሉ ሊያገኟችሁ እንደሚችሉ እንዲተማመኑ ማድረግ ይገባል።
