Our students are struggling to meet even the minimum standards, like passing the national exams. Yet, education is much more than exams—it’s about developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and innovation to solve community challenges and build a brighter future.

But let’s be clear: the failure in education is not the failure of our students.
These young learners are too young to carry this heavy burden. Instead, the responsibility lies with all of us—GOVERNMENT, TEACHERS, FAMILIES, AND COMMUNITIES.

The Government’s Role in Transforming Education in Ethiopia
