As I heared from MOH of the rank we nurses are assigned in 11 which is less than public health professionals,but as I think this is not again fair.we are performing different activities hollesticaly,as we know in health center we are performing equall procedure.my basic question is where is the role of our dummy association ?

Its the real thing that u face while u are in nursing profession .so the most important thing is that why Ethiopian nurses are murdered in health instituation? what is the reason .as i think the main reason is the level of understanding of our govt is very very low. "we need freedom" .Thise is the voice of all ethiopian murdered nurses

Hello ethiopian nurses what do u think about the payment strategies of nurses .is the payment strategies of Canadian govt would apply for us is interesting or the payment for ethiopian murdered nurses is fair ?

Have you seen it how much Ethiopian nurses were in such types of hectic conditions .look the physician as well as that of politicians means administrative staffs were appreciated by those nurses who were exposed over all the night.we dont worry about that the main point is that why ethiopian govt doesnt give respect for the murdered ethiooian nurses? who is ANA

lets talk about our association ethiopian nursing association(ENA).it was formed before several years before ethiopian public health association and ethiopian midwife association ,compering three associations ENA is the oldest and laziest one nothing is done for nurses not only that the association has no its own building .The assigned personnel is only talking about private benifites. there are so many organizations which supports the association in case our government did not know about the functions of nurses ;just our gov't condidered as modern slaves .its not about money in most of our hospitals morality of nurses is not considered .our FMOH esp.the minister ,he doent worry about nurses b/c his baseline is general practice(gp) who thinks that nurses are servants.last but not least we ethiopian nurses needs change no chronic nurse is needed b/c chronic nurses were not think about the recent one .so we need change change change
