YCME

Youth Coaching Ministry in Ethiopia (YCME) is a youth development initiative founded by a group of vibrant leaders from diverse background who are passionate in getting along side of the Ethiopian youth. The Youth Coaching Ministry in Ethiopia took its root at an academic seminar entitled “The Transforming Power of Coaching” delivered by Dr. Rich Hansen in Feb. 2019. YCME is now a legally registered non-for-profit organization. The team believes in human flourishing (seeing a higher level of fulfillment and satisfaction in others) through coaching. They envision to see a culture (a society at all levels) whereby the youth is fully embraced and nurtured towards achieving their full potential. In view of this, YCME’s purpose statement is coaching the youth into whole, flourishing lives. The key strategic pillars of YCME are holistic continuous development, networking , partnership, and advocacy.
